Biography

Laurie Taitt had the following podium finishes at major championships: 3rd in the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 120 yards hurdles. In the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 120 yards hurdles he was eliminated in the semi-finals and in the 1966 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 120 yards hurdles he finished fifth. In the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games he competed for Guyana while he represented England in 1962 and 1966.
