Biography

Ken Wilmshurst had the following podium finishes at major championships: 1st in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Long Jump, 1st in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Triple Jump. In the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games he also finished sixth in the 440 yards hurdles. In the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games he finished fifth in the triple jump and eleventh in the long jump. In the British Empire and Commonwealth Games he competed for England.

Personal Bests: LJ – 7.54 (1954); TJ – 15.60 (1956).
