Biography

Heptathlete Ines Schulz competed at the 1988 Seoul Olympics and finished sixth behind her East German teammates Sabine John and Anke Behmer, who won silver and bronze medals. She was runner-up at the 1988 East German Championships and third at the German Championships in 1991. In 1994, she placed sixth at the European Indoors. Schulz was trained as a hairdresser.
