Đorđe Pavlić was a striker who played for the Yugoslav national team in 1963-64, earning two caps. He made his international debut for Yugoslavia in the 1-0 win over Belgium at the Heysel Stadium. He started his club career with FK Vojvodina, playing with them from 1960-66, scoring 48 goals in 109 matches, and then moved to MSV Duisburg from 1966-72, scoring 21 goals in 173 matches. Pavlić finished his career with Schwarz-Weiß Essen from 1972-74.
