Biography
Hiroyoshi Kubota did not win a national title in the individual 400 m event but did win three in the 4x400 metre relay with the Waseda University team (1934-36). At the 1936 Berlin Olympics he ran the 400 metres and the 4x400, but did not advance past the first round of heats in either event.
Personal Best: 400 – 49.7 (1936).
