Biography

Faith Idehen was a Nigerian sprinter who won a bronze medal in the 4x100 metre relay at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. Idehen won a gold medal in the same event at the 1994 Commonwealth Games, and added a silver medal in the 4x1 at the 1993 World University Games.

Idehen married Festus Igbinoghene, a Nigerian long and triple jumper. Their son, Noah Igbinoghene, was an American football cornerback in college for Auburn University. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys of the NFL in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft, and later played cornerback for the Cowboys.

Personal Best: 100 – 11.27 (1993); 200 – 23.32 (1990).
