Biography

Joe Goddard was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the 100 yards and in the heats of the 4×110 yards relay (with Clifton Bertrand and the non-Olympians Charles Williams and Hendrickson Harewood) at the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games.

Personal Bests: 100 – 10.4 (1958); 200 – 21.3 (1957).
