Biography

Barbara Mueller started running track with the Mayor Daley Youth Foundation in Chicago. She competed in the hurdles at the 1955 and 1959 Pan-American Games. Mueller was AAU Champion in the pentathlon in 1955-56, and won the 1956 Olympic Trials in the hurdles. She attended DePaul University and later became a school teacher.

Personal Best: 80mH – 11.5 (1959).
