Biography

Tony Hall threw the javelin for Norfolk State University and finished third in the 1973 NCAAs. At the AAUs, he was third in 1974 and second in 1977. He competed at the 1973 Universiade (third) and the 1975 Pan American Games (fourth). Hall won the 1975 Quantico Relays and the Tom Black Meet. He also won the 1980 Texas Relays but retired after the 1980 US Olympic Trials.

Personal Best: JT – 86.64 (284-3) (1976).
