Biography

Brian Stanton was a high jumper who competed for the US at the 1988 Seoul Olympics, where he placed 11th. He was US Champion in 1985 and finished third at the 1988 US Olympic Trials. Stanton jumped in college for the University of Houston, placing eighth at the 1982 NCAA Meet. He was ranked in the US top 10 ten times between 1983-94, with a high ranking of #2 in 1985 and #3 in 1988.
