Biography

During the 1960s Norwegian sportsman Mogens Christensen represented the toboggan club Akeforeningen i Oslo. Christensen competed in the luge and became the national champion in 1963 to earn himself a place on the Olympic team. At the 1964 Innsbruck Games he finished 14th in the singles event, and was scheduled to compete in the doubles but did not start. In 1990 he came back into the public eye when he won the quiz show Kvitt eller dobbelt, answering questions on Norwegian banknotes.
