Biography

Long distance speed skater Rudi Jeklic participated in the 1992 Albertville Winter Olympics, finishing 34th over 5,000 and 23rd over 10,000 metres. From 1988-91 he won six national titles, as well as three silvers and two bronzes. He also set four national records.

Personal Bests: 500 – 39.39 (1992); 1000 – 1:19.73 (1991); 1500 – 1:57.30 (1992); 5000 – 7:00.06 (1991); 10000 – 14:23.59 (1992).
