Biography

Karl Borschke was one of the artists whose works were submitted for the 1948 Olympic Arts Competitions, although he was already dead. He studied from 1904-11 at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts, and then went to Italy for five months. In 1931 he became a member of the Vienna Künstlerhaus.
