Biography

Dally Randriantefy was a tennis player from Madagascar who played professionally from 1994 to 2006. Randriantefy achieved a career-best singles ranking of #44 in the world in April 2005, and a doubles ranking of #193 in the world in May 2002.

Randriantefy won her first ITF singles title in September 1993 in Marseille, France, with victory against Maïder Laval. She won a further nine singles titles between July 1999 and October 2003. Randriantefy also won three ITF doubles titles between June 2001 and April 2002. At Grand Slams she reached the singles third round at all four tournaments apart from Wimbledon.

Randriantefy competed in the singles at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, and the 2004 Athína Olympics. At the 1992 and 1996 Games she competed in the doubles, partnering her sister Natacha. Dally was also the flagbearer for Madagascar at the Opening Ceremony of the Atlanta Games.
