Biography

Cross-country skier Enno Röder from Klingenthal in East Germany competed at the 1960 Squaw Valley and the 1964 Innsbruck Winter Olympics. He finished 32nd and 24th in the 15 km events, and ninth and seventh, respectively, with the 4x10 km relay. In 1959, 1962 and 1963 Röder won 15 km national titles, also winning the 30 km in 1961 and 1966, and the 50 km in 1959. With his home club SC Dynamo Klingenthal he won relay titles in 1960-64 and 1966-67.
