Biography

Timo Susi began his hockey career in 1974 with KooKoo Kouvola and played there until 1978. From 1978 until his retirement from playing in 1992, Susi played with Tappara Tampere. He won six Finnish titles with Tappara in 1979, 1982, 1984 and 1986-88. Internationally Susi won Olympic silver in 1988 and bronzes at the 1986 and 1987 European Championships. He also played for the Finnish 1980 Olympic and Finnish 1983 and 1989 World Championships teams.
