Biography

Britt Swartley was a freestyler who was on the US ski team from 1993-2002, competing on the World Cup circuit from 1996-2002. He finished fifth in aerials at the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. His best World Cup season was 1998/99 when he was fourth overall and third in aerials. He also finished the 1997/98 World Cup season third in aerials. Swartley recorded 28 top 10 finishes in World Cup events along with eight podium finishes. He won World Cup events in February 1999 at Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, and in December 1997 at Tignes, France.
