Biography

William Brown was one of the five non-playing members of the 1924 British Olympic curling team. Little is known about Brown or his curling career. However, it is known that he regularly played in Scotland’s annual curling Carnival organised by the Royal Caledonian Curling Club. Better known as “The Grand Match”, between players from North and South Scotland, it regularly attracted more than 2,000 entrants.
