Susanne Keil was a German hammer thrower participating at the 2004 Athens Olympics. She failed to reach the final and finished 21st overall. She won the German nationals in 2003 and 2004 and was runner-up in 2001 and 2005-06. Her best international result was a fifth place at the 2003 World Championships. Keil became a publishing clerk by profession.
