Biography
Mohd Rizal Tizin competed at the World Junior Track Championships in 2002, placing 19th in the kilo time trial, and 33rd in the sprint. He made the podium at the 2005 Asian Championships, placing third in the keirin. He competed at the World Championships in both 2007 and 2008, his best finish being fifth in 2008 in the kilo time trial. But Tisin improved that in 2009, making the World podium with a bronze medal in the kilo time trial.
