Biography

Lori Harrigan won three gold medals in softball at the 1996, 2000, and 2004 Olympic Games. She also won three gold medals at the Pan American Games, in 1995, 1999, and 2003. Harrigan was a pitcher who played in college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Through 2018 she remained the Big West career leader in shutouts and innings pitched.

Harrigan is a member of the USA Softball Hall of Fame. She settled in Las Vegas, where she became the director of security for the Mandarin Oriental. Her jersey number was retired by UNLV, and she was later inducted into the UNLV Rebels Hall of Fame.
