Vitool Charoenrut was a Thai cyclist who was active during the mid-1960s. In 1964 Charoenrut was selected to compete at the Tokyo Olympics. Whilst he did not finish in the individual road race, he did place 28th in the 100 kilometres team time trial with his compatriots.
