Jo Seong-Hwan was a South Korean cyclist who was active from the mid-1960s until the early 1970s. In 1964 Jo was selected to compete in the team time trial at the Tokyo Olympics, where he placed 24th with his compatriots. Two years later he won silver in the same event at the Asian Games in Bangkok. Jo had the best results of his career at the 1970 Asian Games; winning gold in the team road race, and bronze in the team time trial.
