Biography

William Harvell had the following podium finishes at major championships: 3rd in the 1932 Olympics Team Pursuit, 4,000 metres; 3rd in the 1934 British Empire Games 10 miles scratch. He also finished fifth in the 1934 British Empire Games track time trial. In the British Empire Games represented England.
