Otto Jensen was a farmer from the village of Skibbild near Herning. At the 1912 Olympic Games in Stockholm, he did not finish the road time trial. In 1911, Jensen finished fifth in the Seeland Tour and fourth in 1913.
In 1922, he married his wife, Jensine Petrea.
