Biography

During the mid-1960s Luvsangiin Buudai was part of the Mongolian national cycling team. In 1964 Buudai was selected to compete at the Tokyo Olympics, where he placed 103rd in the road race, more than 22 minutes behind the race winner. At the Games he also finished 23rd in the team time trial with his compatriots. One year later he rode in the Peace Race in Eastern Europe.
