José Magnani was a Brazilian competitive cyclist who won multiple races during the 1930s. In 1933 Magnani won the inaugural edition of the Prova Ciclística 9 de Julho one-day race before retaining his title the following year. This performance earned him a place on the Olympic team for the 1936 Berlin Games where he competed in the road race. Four years later Magnani won another edition of the Prova Ciclística race.
