Phạm Văn Sau was a Vietnamese cyclist who was active during the mid-1960s. In 1964 Phạm was selected to represent South Vietnam at the Tokyo Olympics. Despite finishing 76th in the road race, he was in the main peloton of riders who finished only 0.2 seconds behind the race winner.
