Chetan Singh Hari was an Indian road and track cyclist who was active during the mid-1960s. In 1964 Hari was selected to represent India at the Tokyo Olympics. At the Games he competed in both the team time trial on the road and the team pursuit in the velodrome. Hari later moved to the United States where he remained involved in cycling, including starting a ride by the Sikh Cycling Club in California in 2021.
