Ognyan Toshev was a Bulgarian cyclist who was active during the early 1960s. In 1960 Toshev was selected to compete at the Roma Olympics where he placed 17th in the 100 kilometres team time trial. He also took part in the individual road race at the Games but did not finish the course.
