Biography

Franck Delhem was a Belgian fencer who specialised in the foil. Delhem represented his country at the 1960 Roma Olympics where he finished ninth in the team event. In the individual competition he just missed out on a place in the second round after finishing fourth in his pool. He later coached the national team at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
