Biography
César Gallardo not only captained the Argentinian fencing team at the 1948 London Olympics, but he also rowed with the National Regatta Club, and played basketball for the Deportiva Atenas club, and played basketball for the Deportiva Atenas club. He was later a sports journalist and radio broadcaster.
