Biography

Goalkeeper Eike Bram was a German handball player who was on the losing side in the third-place match at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, when Germany lost 24-20 to the Unified Team EUN. Four years later at Atlanta the team placed sixth. In 1984, she was a substitute but did not play any match. Bram won the gold medal at the 1993 World Championships and the silver medal at the Europeans the following year. She won 151 international caps.

Domestically, Bram played with OSC Bremerhaven (until 1985), VfL Engelskirchen (1985-89), SV Bayer 04 Leverkusen (1989-93 and 2002-06), and Borussia Dortmund (1993-2002). In 1991, she won the German Cup with Leverkusen.
