Jorge Meana was an Argentine rower who represented the national team in the early 1960s. In 1964 Meana was selected as part of the crew for the coxless fours at the Tokyo Olympics. After finishing fourth in their heat, the Argentinean team were eventually eliminated in the repêchage round.
