Biography

Austrian rower Hermann Kubick partnered Fritz Moser at the 1936 Berlin Olympics in the double sculls. The pair lost their semi-final heat as fourth of five and were eliminated. The duo won the Austrian Championships earlier that year, which ensured Olympic selection.

Kubick earlier rowed as a single sculler and won the 46th Vienna Regatta in 1931, and came third at the German Championships the following year.
