Biography

Helmuth Kuttelwascher was an Austrian rower who participated in the 1960 Rome Olympics with the coxed fours. The crew (which included his brother Horst) finished an unfortunate fourth in their semi-final and was eliminated. Two years later the brothers won the bronze medal at the European Championships with the coxless fours.
