Biography

West German light-middleweight boxer Ulrich Kienast reached the quarter-finals at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics. He then lost his bout to Briton John McCormack when the referee stopped the contest in the third round. In 1956 and 1958 he was the West German national champion.
