Biography
West German rower Rudolf Ziegler finished sixth and last in the final of the coxed pairs at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics as cox to Dieter Göpfert and Hermann Greß. In 1982 and 1984, he won the coxed pairs national title, the latter with Göpfert and Greß. In 1981 and 1982 he also won two coxed eights titles.
