Sadegh Ali Akbarzadeh Khoi

Sadegh Ali Akbarzadeh Khoi was an Iranian bantamweight boxer who represented the national team during the late 1950s and early 1960s. In 1960 Khoi was selected to compete at the Roma Olympics, but lost his first fight to Muhammad Nasir (PAK). Four years later he returned to the Olympics for the Tokyo Games, where this time he lost to eventual bronze medallist Juan Fabila (MEX). Khoi also represented Iran at the Asian Games in Tokyo and Jakarta in 1958 and 1962, respectively.
