Tage Johansson rowed in the bow of Göteborgs RF’s inriggers coxed four at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics. The boat did not reach the second round after losing to the eventual gold medallists from Denmark.
Johnson began his professional career as a worker, later became a warehouse bookkeeper and eventually rose to the position of warehouse manager. He lived with his sisters and remained unmarried.
