Biography

David Weinberg was a coxswain who prepped at Belmont Hill School outside of Boston, and then went to Harvard, graduating in 1974. Weinberg was a three-year varsity member and helped the 1974 Crimson team go undefeated to win the national championship. His major international title came in 1974 when he coxed the US eight that won the World Championships. Weinberg also competed at the Worlds in 1975, when the eight placed fifth, and at the 1973 European Championships, in the coxed fours. He later became a banker in New York City.
