Biography

Yrjö Kolho was born under the name Saxberg, but changed his name to Kolho in 1905. He won two medals in running deer shooting at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics. In 1919 he was Finnish champion in running deer shooting and became an honorary member of his club Helsingin Kisa-Veikot. Kolho also represented the Finnish Hunting Association. His brothers Voitto and Lauri were also shooting Olympians representing Finland.
