Biography

At the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics West German sports shooter Sigrid Lang finished 12th in the small-bore rifle three positions event. With the air rifle team, she won the World Championships in 1983. The previous year she won the title in the individual event. Together with her husband, Josef Baur, they ran their own sports shooting shop at Igling.
