Biography

German sports shooter Jens Zimmermann participated in the running target event at the 1992 Barcelona and 1996 Atlanta Olympics. He finished sixth and seventh respectively. At World Championships, he won two team silver and two team bronze medals. In 1991, he won the team gold medal at the European Championships. By profession, he was an industrial mechanic, working with the Volkswagen group.
