Victor Wallenberg was a son of André Oscar Wallenberg (1816-86), the founder of Stockholm’s Private Bank. Victor himself became an engineer and later technical director of Stockholm’s Stocking Factory. In 1906 he married Ester Hilma (née Kjellberg). Together they had two sons and two daughters.
At the Stockholm Olympics Wallenberg competed in trap shooting, placing fourth with the Swedish team. He was also active in automobile sport.
