Biography
Thomas Harrington hailed from Southwark in central London. He was a high diver and also a diving judge. Because there were so few competitions around in the early part of the 20th century, Harrington was noted for his exhibitions as a member of the Neptune Divers, made up of members of the Neptune Swimming Club.
