German archer Marion Wagner was eliminated in the ranking round at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, and placed 53rd. With the German women’s team, she lost the first-round match against the Unified Team of the former Soviet Union. Her sister Sandra Wagner-Sachse participated in the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics, winning team silver and bronze, respectively.
