Biography

Kirk Stackle was a breaststroker who swam at the University of Texas. While there he won three NCAA individual titles and helped Texas win the team title three times. His best international meet was the 1990 Goodwill Games where he finished second in both breaststroke events.

After college Stackle stayed in the Austin area, working as an account rep, first with Dell and later with IBM. He joined Waste Management in Austin, starting out as an account manager, and moving up to business development manager in the mid 2010s.
