Biography

Vilho Pekkala made his international début at the 1924 Olympics, where he won a bronze medal in freestyle middleweight. Four years later, at the 1928 Olympics, Pekkala was seventh in the same class. Pekkala won his only Finnish title in 1928 in freestyle middleweight.
