Biography

Peter Jutzeler competed at the 1964 and 1968 Olympics as a freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestler. He wrestled at the World Championships in 1965-66 and 1968-69, all in freestyle, finishing fourth in 1965 and 1969 and 5th in 1966 and 1968.

Jutzeler also participated in gymnastics in Switzerland, helping win the 1963 and 1967 Swiss Federal Gymnastics Festivals. His career was as a butcher, taking over his parents’ butcher shop with his brother, Paul, and running it until he retired in 1998.
